A couple are on their vacation in Moscow for Christmas, and they wake up one morning and turn the TV on in bed.
“Oh, I know this weatherman, his name is Rudy!” exclaims the husband, “He is well known for accurately predicting the weather!”
They both watch avidly as the report begins… “Today there will be no snow. It will actually rain heavily in Moscow and the surrounding area.”
“Poppycock!” exclaims the wife, “everyone knows it always snows in the winter in Russia!”
“Ah but you are forgetting,” replies the husband…..
