Believe me Black sea isn't the best place to spend time there. More or less nice beaches are at Finnish Gulf, near Saint Petersburg, but in spring it's too cold to swim anyway. I am from Moscow myself and been to SPb millions of times, if you have any specific questions - PM me. I DON’T recommend you to go to Ukranian beaches.
