My husband grew up in Irkutsk Siberia and left his beloved country of Russia at the age 11. He is now 23 and married. I would love to go see were my husband grew up,what was it like living in Communist Russia etc. But he only has 2 weeks vacation and I don’t want to spend a fortune going there. Does anyone have any Ideas? He has not seen his family for over 12 years !

We would need RT air from Houston, TX and hotel, rail pass or rental car etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
