Where should I go on vacation?

My mom and I are planning 2 trips for this year. We’re not sure where to go. I’ve been to the majority of Europe and want to go somewhere different and exotic. I’m 15, by the way. It would only be my mom and I, so we wouldn’t want to go anywhere dangerous unless we were with a safe tour guide.

here are some places I was thinking of.
the first trip would be over christmas, the second would be like, in april, during spring break.

Trans-Siberian Railway- expensive, but very exotic and i’d see lots of neat things. moscow-beijing via mongolia. but, i’m worried that days on a train without getting off would be too much.

Russia- we found a nice, inexpensive tour to moscow/st.petersburg during christmas that looked nice. but would it be too cold?

Peru/Macchu Picchu- we found a very inexpensive tour that looks nice, but it leaves december 18th and i’d miss 4 days of school. But i would love to go to Macchu Picchu.

Galapagos/Ecuador – we’ve always wanted to go there, and i’d have lots of photo taking opportunities. but a lot of the cruises around the islands have no hot water?

Iceland – i’d love to go there, but in december there isn’t enough light and it’s way too cold.

where do you think i should go? any other places you’d suggest?
